It's still active from what I see.

Knowing he hasn't been active here or there I'd be very cautious on purchasing anything for the time being.

Don't risk it. Plenty of instances in the past where he has never sent payware content to people who bought it.

Add to that the fact that $35 USD for a single loco pack made to TRS09 standards with no automatic numbering or scripted features was never worth the retail price, then or now, and I would strongly avoid the payware side of it.

It is what it is. He made '4K' content, and was alone on doing all this. Sure, the price was higher than others, without auto numbering, but it was some interesting unique stuff. Better than I could ever create.
