City and Country USA

Is it possible to load the version of City and Country USA that is used on the Android into Tranz 2010 Engineers edition. I am aware that two versions are included with 2010 but there is a Northern addition in the Droid that my son plays with on his tablet that I would like on my PC.

Do you know who is listed as the creator? Might be on DLS, I surfed TS12 only routes once and saw several versions of that route by different people, I know some others who have modified it in earlier Trainz.
