Changing whistles in 2019

This has probably been explained to death but the only discussion I could find was for Trainz 2009 so please bear with me. I am trying to change the whistle for the Unitah #51 in the Yuan Gulch railroad (and I have never tried this before) and based on the information I could find, I located the confg file in the engine folder and pasted in the kuid for the new whistle in two locations; hornsound and an entry titled 6 found lower down in the config. I can save the file but the change does not 'stick'. I have not been able to locate the engine in the Manage Content system and do not have a submit option (which I found out about from a video for TANE about this subject).

Can someone give me some pointers as to how to get this to work?

The process hasn't changed since that video, just the location of the buttons to get to where you want to be.

You can search for the locomotive by clicking on the small space located in the upper right corner and entering in the locomotive name.

Once you have the locomotive, right click on it and choose Edit config.txt file.

If you know the kuid for the new horn, you can enter that into the config.txt file in the two places. Using a search and replace function in your editor helps a lot here.

Once the locomotive is updated, you then save the config.txt file, close your editor and submit the asset.

Submit is done by right-clicking on the asset that's open for edit and then choosing Submit from the menu. You can always use the short-cut keys going forward for that.

Once the asset is submitted, you should have no errors and you can then verify the new horn works in-game.
