Changing Geographical Region - Traffic

Since I have 2012 I have no traffic. I imported a route I was working on from 2010. The region is France. Now I went into surveyor and when I save the route nothing is shown in the region. So I change the region to France (the map was made with TransDem for the Lyon area) and save the route. When I leave Surveyor and come back in though it defaults to no region again. It is not saving the changed region and thus I have no traffic (default). Does anybody have a solution to this.

Hi Len12,
Maybe this will work?
Create a new map with only one square in the region you want, then merge the route you want to change to it, give it a new name and it should be OK.

Ok I thought about this one before but here is the config file. Which kuid is changed? The map kuid?

The kuid for France appears to be 149301:1003

Macka - I just tried this. The region France and then merged. When I checked to edit the route region it still noted nothing in the region with no traffic.

Len The config file you posted has no region in it which is probably why it is defaulting. Look up the region kuid that you want in CMP routes. Then add region to the config file and kuid xxxxx:xxxxxx to it. Should solve your problem. post back if you need more.
