And in regards to a post in another thread from cascaderail, does he "cat" sit in your lap or on your desk and help you with the computer, my cat loves to watch the trainz and help.

My Kats go after the mouse cursor, chase the Trainz, and even type on the keyboard: Meeow, 8fv05ncx iv0w9rnk fo9f9cx0sfrgjgbb:hehe:

The dogs and my GF think Trainz is schtoopid ... and my GF has theathened to leave me if I don't stop playing Trainz ... Boy, am I sure gonna miss her !

GF are like Trolley Cars and Bus's ... You miss one ...another will be along in a couple minutes.

Where's a Kat when you need it ?

I was outside gardening, and a inky dinky, several week old, baby squirl (rodentious-slinkydinky-hopa-aboutabous), to you Austalian's and European's that never seen one. He came up to my fence pawing at me, as if I was his savior, or mother.

Dag nab it ... now I got a baby squirl in my barthroom sink, all wrapped in a towel, force feeding it milk and peanut butter. And he has fleas ! My GF kicked me out, cause she has no heart, and I am living elsewhere, feeding my squirel (now I got fleas).

As if I don't have enough to do, and an getting nothing done in Trainz ... now I'm a nursemaid to a fleabag ... my Kats' are ticked off also ... and they are highly interested in the newcommer to the household.:mop: :udrool: :mop:

As soon as he is weened, and can eat seeds and nutz ... he's outa' here ... into the wild

Poor little squirrel. :( Guess you'll have to serve as his mother for a little while! ;)
As for this thread's topic, I could rant for ages about our four cats, but I will just say that they do hang around some times (I do not like them up on the desk, but they still try to be up there any way some times). ;)

Regards.

P. S.: Yer splel-chcekre is a little bsuted! :p

I saw a kid on the "Horseshoe" totin' a 22 caliber, carrying 6 squirls in has mitts ... I said: Now what are you goinna' do with them scrawny little critters, they aint' got no meat on their bones ?

He said I'm gonna eat em' !

I said : If you shoot all the dang squirels, you're soon not gonna' have none more to catch. Cause you'll have made them extinct !

Altoona is famous fer' corn fed ugly mountain wemmen, and schtoopid kidz !

My speel chucker iz (definately) busted !

I don't have any cats or dogs, but I do have a budgie. It sometimes chases the cursor, nibbles the cables (no damage done, only when I'm not looking does she touch them) and nibbles my hand when it is on the mouse! (Ok, she BITES my hand!)

But most of the time, she is a good budgie and just sits on my shoulder, BITING my ear! (Or on the desk attacking her reflection on the alarm clock)

Here is a picture of her, nibbling the Devotional Bible (BAD bird!)

(PS, this thread should be called pets, because not everyone has a cat!)

@cascaderailroad: Well, since I saw Les Stroud eat a certain squirrel in one of his Survivorman television show's episodes, they must not taste that bad. Still, that boy's nuts, and his parents would likely agree (unless they have to eat them).

As for spell-checkers, I do not even have one installed in to Internet Explorer! :o :p

@captiankman: Looks like you've got a cute naughty budgie! :D We used to have a couple of parakeets, but gave them away (I can not really remember why any more though). ;)

Regards.

My 2 Budgieragers pased away 20 years ago ... and I still refuse to clean the millet seed he spit and stuck on the wall, off the wall. Its right beside the thermostat, and I look at that seed everyday, and remember them ... it'z a momento to Budgy & Wudgy ... RIP.

The Budgie is considered a pest in Australia, and only the yellow/green variety is in the wild.

I live in Australia, and I've never heard that they are considered a pest! I just thought they were a very common pet.

Budgy & Wudgy. Creative names. At least they (the names) sound cute and rhyme!

Fix that spell checker! It's 'Budgerigars'.

My 2 Katz are named "Thing1" & "Thing2" from (Cat in the Hat) ... My GF Kat is named, what else: "Kitty", and her Dawg: "Puppy" (also extremely creative) ... I nicknamed her "Poopy Dawg", and sometimes "Da' Poopy Puppy :hehe: (My GF hates when I call her that) :hehe::hehe::hehe: (play on words).

AKA: FDU: "Food Disposal Unit".

Her Kat is like 20 y/o, and is losing fur ... I call her "Mangey Kat" ... or "Mangey" fer' short.

As for the parakeet being a pest in the wild, they come down in huge flocks, and devour the crops, so farmers use compressed air noisemaker cannons to scare pesky birds, (all of the like), off !

I have confirmation on wild budgies: They are not a pest, but they are native here.

At least I do not have one of my chooks 'laying down' wet, sloppy computer-freezing poos, or weighing my shoulder down and causing me back problems!

I have no cats, but I do have a hamster

Here she is!

Hello,
I have a nearly fully white budgee which is called violet (it has a bit of blue too.) it shares a cage with my brother's one, also i had two goldfish that died.

Bless you for taking care of that squirrel.

Of my three cats, one likes to be a "desk cat". If I didn't have a computer and some junk in the way, he'd be right next to my mouse.

I have to get my squirrel outside, so he doesn't imprint on humans, and bond to me. I have a cardboard box with a small trap door, so I can tape it shut at night, and feed him in the morning. The neighbors Kat' got his (late) brother ... There are big fox barkin' in the woods, and lots of howling Katz' prowling around all night long. It sounds like a zoo ! Now how to keep my Katz inside, away from the itty bitty critter.

BTW ... I don't think anyone else has the superior RR sound effects as I do ... a train went into emergency the other night, and it was so loud ... I almost had a hart' atake' at 2:43 AM !

My Katz' play with "Stink Bugs" until they make a stench, and climb the screen door, jumping at moths ... where would we all be without pets and Trainz.

My pet gorilla has ingrowing toe nails, he's in agony. I'm at my wits end and I can't afford the colossal vets fees, please, what can I do?
