check what region you use, the default region has no carz on the roads

I'm using the region that says modern cars
also I'm using downloaded maps that say they are cars enabled

Unpause Surveyor, and the carz will start roaming the roads.

Overall, in TRS2019 there are not a lot of cars and traffic like the previous versions. I'm not sure this is a bad thing either because the cars tend to pile up at crossings when there's too many.

A lot are cars on a route piles them up. Too much action.
