can't remember

hi,it's more than a year since i last used trainz(-2010) but a few days ago i deleted almost every game on my PC,exept trainz and one other i keep for the future.
is there a way to get the manual in PDF format somewhere since,although i remember the basics,some things i can't remember(or even recal if they where options) like the next one.

i thought there was an option to hide the red-green arrows and information at junctions,if so can somebody tell me how?

It has been a while, In drive mode click on the help button on the top of the screen, they should then disappear.
