can't get to the trainz download station

I got TRS 2006 and I did everything it said it get to the download station and when I tried to look at something it always say that I need a FCT do I really need a first class ticket?

If you only have versions earlier than TS2009, then yes, you need either a First Class Ticket or a purchased copy of TS2009 or later registered on your profile.
