Can't Download

Apologies for bungling my previous message..

I get "connection interrupted" when downloading from the DLS. Works ok on the old Comcast service. But, fails on T-Mobile with a "Connection Interrupted message after each block sent" . The only search parameter accepted by the Support system is DOWNLOAD . That leads to a list of problem support queries , none match my issue. I have dropped the Comcast connection in favor of T-Mobile. Thus I cannot download at all,

PS: Now the Support Page will not accept download as a search parameter.

T-Mobile blocks data downloads from the DLS. Period. There is no way around that unless a VPN works. You are not alone with this problem.

Ah Ha that is indeed news. Do they deliberately block N3V download or a is it a characteristic of their system that is not compatible?

I think it's that they block large data downloads and has nothing to do with N3V.

T-Mobile user. As I have stated in the past I get around this exact issue by cranking up the ole VPN. VPN server location doesn't seem to matter but I have many available.

Did you try reporting it to the helpdesk. I tried but the word "download", and its variants, brought no result on the Help screening page. Dead end unless one of the "insiders" can circumvent the help page.
I have not tried it yet, but a VPN should fix the issue. sultan1966 suggested this.

Fine, I might as well try here...

Yes, I've been having the same issue, too. It's been happening recently this week -- "Connection Interrupted".

I've been using Trainz 22 for a couple of months. Content Manager / Download Station has been perfectly fine up until now.

 • I'm using Trainz 22 on a Windows 11 Laptop.
 • My Wireless Provider is Sky Broadband.
 • I'm using Windows Defender and Malwarebytes.
 • I have a First Class Ticket Download.
 • Sometimes I CAN download the odd dependency, but this seems to happen intermittently.
 • I haven't contacted help desk because there doesn't seem to be an available link for it.

I don't know what else to try and I don't want to fiddle about with anything in case I mess something up.
