cant download from dls

I'm from Indonesia, since 2 days ago I cant download anything from DLS, I think it was my account or my computer problem. I tried to uninstall my Trainz and install it again but nothing changed. I still cant download from DLS, I read this Thread and found out it's just not only me which have problem with that... is it server problem or what?? I need to complete my Route and need to download from DLS soon :(

Check that your firewall and antivirus aren't blocking TRS19 from accessing the internet.

Your account should be exactly the same in TRS19 as it is when you log in the forums here.

Thank you. I always login using the same account because I only have one. When I bought TRS19 a few months ago I was able to download all content from DLS, but since 3 days ago when I tried to open my game, I realized that I couldn't download anything in DLS (eg "Invisible Interior" content at first, I could downloaded but not now). It says that "file not available on server, or failed to download". I also did nothing with my Windows Firewall. It all happened in the morning when I tried to play it. Very sad :(

There was that glitch about 3-days ago and that coincided with your inability to login. I recommend retyping your login in formation in the TRS19 Launcher settings. This will force your program to find the server again. We've done this in the past with some good results.

If the problem continues, I recommend contacting the helpdesk.
