Cant connect to DLS.....

When I start Content manager (TC3) its telling me that it cant connect. All my details are added and I have registered the serial number, have also added my KUID number on the settings page.

I have a FC download ticket with 3 days left on it and I cant get in to use it before it expires. Any ideas???

I also have TC2009 and content manager on that is working fine.

Mike; there are bunches of threads about this tpe of problem on the forums, and I'm sure you could use the search function to find many suggestions to help, however, that takes time, and that is something you don't have, so why don't you download what you want in 2009, then transfer it to TC3 later?
