I just noticed something that I put the wrong address since I was wondering why I wasn't getting my package. It still says process pending but I can't find a contract number for Auran. I can't find a contact number. It might help if I say I'm in the US too.
You may not be able to without help from the helpdesk. With most companies, large or small, you can't cancel a shipment once an order has been placed, at least not without direct contact with customer service.
Oh. I sent a ticket and I still haven't found any contact numbers or anything like a E-mail. I also think that I sent the ticket a few five hours ago. They still haven't replied. I don't think it is ever going to be shipped because the address I put in I don't think doesn't exist without the East part in it. I just really want to get the Simulator/Game and see how awesome it is.
They probably haven't replied because it is now the weekend in Australia and they can't afford to have somebody on duty 24/7. You will need to be patient.
