Can't activate 365 day premium download

Apparently I bought a 365 day access pass sometime in the past, and Ive been trying to activate it today.

However when I click on the Activate, I get the popup message, I click "okay" and then go to a page that says that the auran page could not be loaded (it's like the auran webserver is timing out and not waiting long enough for it to activate the pass.

Strange, that the forums.auran.com is lickety fast, however just auran.com and the my auran planet whatever, is slow like mollasses in winter. Which is probably causing the situation, and which is just pissing me off as a customer of Aurans.

Granted I'm on the other side of the pond, but don't have these kind of issues with other websites that are on the other side of the Atlantic from me.

Grrrrr, what gives guys?

Never mind, even though it could never actually access the sites pages after trying to activate the first class pass, apparently it did activate it. Now that I've gone to the page in a diff browser Im shown that it expires in 2010, so apparently it did activate itself.

Now I just wait until it takes hold in the content manager since that seems to always be the last link in the process that doesn't realize I've got full access yet. Maybe tommorrow.

I understand that from the time you click "activate" on a new ticket it can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours before you can actually use it. At least thats what I was told when the same thing happened to me. And yes, it will show the new expiration date even though you can't use it. - Just gotta have faith-a.

That seems really whacked doesn't it. I guess I should have thought about playing Trainz yesterday so that I could download some stuff today.

I bought the lifetime ticket and when I clicked activate it became "expired". I filed a helpdesk ticket.
