Canadian Rocky Mountains 2011

Hi Ivan:

Keep up the great work on the modern livery for the Ultradomes. We enjoyed our trip in Aug 2012 on the Rocky Mountaineer and you are really capturing what they look like. :Y:

Cheers,

Derek

Ivan,

well done indeed I expected you would go the next step on the livery and now we have a real nice set of new livery RM ready to launch wihen the Laggan Sub will see daylight soon.
Do not forget to make an interioir for your beautiful ultradome.
Thanks Ivan the Great.:mop:

Paul,

this post is more than a compliment which we cherish (if this is the right word here) that our community is full of people like you. Aboslut top trainzers people one like to hang out with.
This post is in stark contrast to some DU"trainzers" who feel they have to contribute "their way of behaving" to critisism I posted on unsolved major bugs on splines which keep me from time to time paralized and very frustrated.
Paul you make our day Ning says and I fully agree.
Also the nice post from our Russian Trainzer friend "Ivan the great" who contributes his works to the Rocky Mountaineer.
Maybe soon he will join Roy's Trainz community and drive test his jewels on the CPR Mountain Sub and Laggan comin soon the first section.

you all have a great day

Ning,Roy and Djoetje (home alone till friday)

You are more then welcome to post your consistent dribble pertaining to your so called route building flaws but if you continue to bring the DU"trainzers and the 2 intial or the what ever else you call's us into your threads then i will continue to defend myself. Ball's in your court ?.

For those who like statitstics, here is something interesting, notable.
Besides having a steady growing Roy's Trainz community I notices spikes each time someone try to drain my energy or distract from the real thing.
Google analytics has nice tools to follow these things and compare. I am not really into analysing things anymore retirement not allows but could not resist to share this one.

Thank you guys/ladies who joined recently and "whoop Whoop" it seems you scored an own goal and btw it's a puck and the so called route building flaws are reported by many real trainzers over the years till recently.
Healthy critisicm should be allowed on this forum.

Working on the greater Banff area lots of details but fun to do.

Guys and girls you give me energy, thanks.

one cannot ask for more waking up greeting new customers and call it a great day to start!
Whoop whoop maybe join our community and get the routes it might change your perspective on things and quality of what can be achieved with trainz, instead of shouting from the bleechers.

Too big a download file i think for me as i'm on a limited wireless service out here but best of luck with it bud.

Hi Joosten, Matruck and other good trainzers. It`s me again and i have news

I`ve got working interior on RMR Ultradome :D No joke. Really. No hidden locomotive. I guarantee it.

I just need to setup cameras and main work will be finished.

Gooood morning Ivan!!!!!

Spaciva man you are the mamoska of ultradomes. Great job.
Have a look at how Ocemy did his passenger cars interior and outside it is so refreshing seeing and using his superb detailed rolling stock and engines. You are doing gine go step by step and put the bar high for yourself that mskes your beautiful products always shine.
Thanks buddy.
Matruck thanks for the kind post sounds much better and do not worry about big files and internet acces. Where we live up NE Thailand far from civilisation we use wireless exclusively and even 3G.
My route file zips are around 100 to 230 Mb so that should not be an obstacle. It seems you are a fine content creator but your creations not suit my Canadian rocky Mountains theme unfortunately, correct me if i am wrong.

You all have a nice day.

Roy;)

Thanks Roy but i doubt anything i have on the DLS would suit your area as none of mine have any of the snow textures or stuff on it but there are sum simple sheds and industrial buildings that could be used sum where at a lower elevation i spose, And thanks about the file size thing i'll keep it in mind i thought they'd be gigantic files to download.
Mick.

Mick,

thanks for the post. What makes me really feel good in your reply is we have a nice good conversation like it should be and respect eachother.
Deane Dinorius_Redundicus he made some real nice ones and Tume. Deane visited us last year he is really a great guy to hang out with and a superb content creator, m,ost respected.
I will have a look at yours again and if you allow me in case to give the roofs a seasonal reskin I let you know which ones and sent them to you for approval.
Concerning the file size no they are more than reasonable as cdp file and yes the route is huge but very nice.
Nice way of ending this day,

You have a good one Mick,,

Roy;)

Yeah just let me know if you need the actual PSD's to anything Roy i've made and you can do with it as ya wish, And yes if i could make content to look like Dino's i'd be a happy vegemite mate for sure he has an amazing talent.
Cheers Mick.

I always wanted a pair of telephone pole climbing boots !

I believe there is a Guinnes Book Of Worlds Records "Longest Pole Sitting" contest record holder somewhere (I'd need a fatter pole) ! :hehe:

drowning in city details Banff

I know the devil is in the detail even a small city like Banff but like all things in life if lucky it is time spent worth while and not a real delay and eye food afterwards.
No picts not mean nothing going on in the contrary, here some peak view of WIP sections scattered over the little town.

Now, you simply need to add massive traffic jams of tourists and buses and Banff will be complete :) That place is a gridlock during summer weekends. Can't wait for this route, you are doing an excellent job!
