Can not add anything

For the past four months I've been working on my Model Railroad being converted to Trainz. After checking my layout so far I ran a little GP9 over some turnouts and was ready to do another section. I thought I would add some signals and found that every thing I tried to add I was getting error messages that I could not add them on that layer. I've never fooled with layers and have no interest in this part of Trainz. What has happened to keep me from building or adding assets. Even the cars I received from the download station I can't put on the track. Deisan

G'day Deisan, just a stab in the dark but the layer is probably locked and will have to be unlocked first. I think it is one of the top tabs in surveyor.

If that's on SP1, the 'Lock Entire Route' feature is likely to be the culprit. See my thread about it in the TS12 forum.

To minimize such problems, do all of your route modifications when you load the route, not when running a session.
