can MSI Gaming GeForce GT 710 2GB run trs19

I didn't know where else to post this so i posting it here. I need to know if that graphics card is able to run trs19 i have all the other system requirements and that's the cheapest graphics card I could find.

First of all you need to register your copy of Trainz or else folk are going to think you have a pirated copy. And secondly a GT 710 is barely able to run the better games from the 1990s so it definitely won't run TRS19 unless you have everything set to minimum and even then I doubt it.

It's within the specifications, but I don't think it will be very enjoyable. The graphics card situation is frustrating right now.
