You may struggle there, generally Trainz will not run will on a notebook PC. Your graphics card is likley to be 'shared memory' and the maximum permissible RAM that you can install is 1GB. If your graphics is taking some of this then you are not going to be able to make the recommended system requirements for the game. You seen to have the minimum system requirements just about so you may be able to use the game with all the in game settings set to minimum but it is not likely to be good.
