Can I get a hard copy of my free Win 10 download?

You can't use the Media Creation Tool?

EDIT: Guess your right. The Media Creation Tool didn't even open, and gave me an error. Might as well update the laptop to 7 first, then up to 10.

That machine is very low on disk space and may not even be able to be upgraded even if you could. That's only a 200GB hard drive which isn't very much, and the other issue is you only have 2GB of RAM on it. With Windows 10 installed, if you could, the performance is pretty bad. Since this is a Windows Vista machine, and being as old as it is, your best bet is to leave it where it is.

Well, the laptop is from 2009, and it's kinda a in-between model from the low end, and the high end. Might as well leave it at vista then.

That would be a safe thing to do with that machine. The way they spec'd it out, it's more like an even older machine for the 2009 vintage. This issue isn't all too uncommon with companies like HP, Gateway, and Dell. I have found that they sell these middle-of-the-pack machines as new models, however, they are really older high-end models.
