Can downloads be imported to existing routes?

I would like to download the locos and cars that would make up a 1950's ATSF Super Chief (one F7A, three F7B's, and a collection of ATSF Pullman cars). Can I download those components and import them into, say, the Marias Pass Approach route? Or can I only do that when building a new route in Surveyor? If importing into existing routes can be done, how?

Sure, just open the existing session or route in Surveyor and stick them where you'd like them. On closing, you'll be asked if you want to save, Yes will save the session under your kuid.
