Can a gold/silver member tell TRS19 to temporarily NOT download items in the Vault?

I have some overlap between the Vault and owned items.

Is it possible to tell TRS19 to download ONLY the items I own, and not those that are only in the vault?

Currently the in-game download options are provided for any items you have "access" to, which means owned or Vault.

You can turn off the download prompt in Settings.

You can view all your Vault items in MyTrainz > My Memberships > View My Content Vault.
