Camera Question

I was just curious and wanted to know if anyone has figured out a camera view that follows the model railroad facia (layout outside border) on layouts to give the eye level model railroad effect This angle would not move inside just sorta of follow the train around the outer perimeter of the layout but could be zoomed in/out for close ups etc......I posted here because I know some MRR are made for Tane' as well as TMR17.

Don't understand exactly what you mean, but maybe a you can use this invisible camera (train).

You can couple this camera to your train, in front or back, or use it simply alone.
Put a driver in it to make it go.
Various speeds (about 0 to 300), sight in ALL directions (free roaming too). left, right, up, down.
To have the camera follow your train at the back, use some invisible cars to get more distance between the camera and the last visible car.

Ideal for site seeing and track inspections.

Richarde57,

No that's not what I meant. Basically if you had a model railroad set up in a room the camera would go along the edge of your layout..following your train as it moves around but just from the edge of the board. If your layout was u shaped it would follow the outer u shape of the layout.....Basically if you went to a club layout and watched say in HO scale, the camera would be your eyes as you follow it around but just from the edge if that makes sense.
