Camera Panning Issues?

Maybe someone could give me some advice? When In chase mode while in an engine, I am able to zoom in and out, but if I try to zoom left to right it will go a short way then stop, and not let me pan in any other direction, even if I switch to another locomotive.

Any ideas?

View controls

Panning/zooming is controlled by:

1. RMB + move mouse (to alter camera position), mouse wheel (to zoom)
2. The four arrow keys (L/R for panning, up/down for tilting)
3. PageUp/PageDown keys to zoom

You can use the mouse controls and key controls individually, or at the same time to give some nice combined effects.
