When I connect "Multiple Industry New" tracks end to end (see image https://ibb.co/dWfnxFd), only the last one seems to work. Is there a way to get them all to work, I am trying to unload all of the same product at the same time.

No. When a train is instructed to load or unload it will be under the control of one industry until it has completed the task. Those types of industry don't work in the same way as the station industry.
