buildings with interiors

I have found a few on the dls (signal cabin with interior and another named sam something, though it has an odd shadow "force field" problem). These two are configured as locos. I also found a small building "benders station" which unlike all the other buildings with interior detail I've tried, allows you to look outthe window without the track becoming invisible (an alpha layer problem?). Does anyone know of anymore out there?

I built a little track car shed that has an interior, but have not put it up on the DLS yet:

G'day justinroth,

Justin (is it?), in a similar vain to the 'locomotive' Signalbox with the interior (a 'cab' of course) of which you speak (which I suspect is one of the four of this type which I created), albeit of kind 'scenery' only, are any of the "VR Generic Signalboxes" (of various types) available via the Auran Download Station created by me, which can be found using the Victrainz Group's KUID (1854) or my user ID "Jerker" as the keywords in a search using the search engine provided. Bear in mind that these signal-boxes are specifically of designs used and built by the Victorian Railways (from Victoria, Australia) and may not be suitable outside a route based on that railway system...

Sharknose, that looks cool! Any idea when if you'll upload? Jerker, we don't have anything that pretty in the states :)

I have several:

Tuscola Switchtower

Railfan Tower with Interior

plus I have a few Railfan Platforms that you can click on and "stand" there and watch the trains go by. All these muct be placed on Invisible Track to work.

Cheers,

Dave

Here is an example of looking out and looking straight through. I haven't come across the track problem you mention. This effect requires nothing special for the scenery item - just the images for the interior walls, and transparency in the image for doors and windows. This simple example uses the flipped exterior image for the interior.
