Hey all,

I'm curious about the QR PB15s on the DLS that have the build number 4.6. Are these supposed to be updates to the TRS19 built in version?

Thanks!

I have this showing up in my "updates available" filter along with a dozen others but as others have said they are for TRS3. However, In TRS3 I don't see any updates. So where are they hiding? How does one see what they current assets are?

(PS. sorry to hijack this thread, but there have been a number of similar ones in recent days and N3V have been quiet regarding it all.)

You haven't hijacked the thread - I am often accused, correctly, of doing that myself. It is a legitimate question to ask and, as a TS3 owner myself, I am also curious to know the answer.

In my very limited exploration of TS3 it is obvious that it is very different from the PC versions. I can see that there is a "Store" where (presumably) you can purchase additional routes, sessions and rolling stock and perhaps that is where these additional assets are installed. I'm not complaining about that as I understand that TS3 is intended as a "cash cow" for N3V and I fully support that as we all benefit when they make a profit.

I've seen a version of the 3ft 6in made by Auran that isn't marked as payware, and updates for the whistle and engine sounds. Should these also be ignored? I've also noticed assets like British Midlands 2.0 marked as payware too when browsing for routes. Probably mobile stuff too.

It's for the gadget versions, ignore, Zec says they are looking at stopping the packaged payware indication for the Android and ipad stuff appearing in proper Trainz, post on here somewhere.

Have noticed the only re-number 3'6" version has Stephenson gear not Walschaerts witch is a shame for 732 & 738 used for vintage trains only trouble with that one there seems to be a texture problem in the cab seems flashy to me and not right but seems to run ok

I've seen these "updates" pop up now and then. I wish there was a way to download the base routes in Trainz Driver 2 on the desktop version. It's weird being unable to download the original routes from UTC.
