I think the Tramway Museum in Ferny Grove is where that picture is from. I've been there. It's expensive for only riding 500m on four trams, but they do give you a lot of good information!

I live across the bay from Brisbane and I was going to comment that I was not aware of any trams there that looked like that until I realized you are in Australia.
