Bring back Trains tab in Driver

I'd like to see the trains/rolling stock tab be reimplemented in Driver mode, you know, like how the Quick Drive was. I mean, I get what they're trying to do with the unified Driver and Surveyor, but I would like to be able to place trains and drive them without having to go into edit mode. And of course, have the option of enabling and disabling it in the session as well. Also, the trains tab should have more filter options to make it easier to find the trains you want to use, including having the picklists.

There was some input from N3V on this and they have taken this into consideration. How far having taken this into consideration goes is another thing altogether.

I have a feeling the UDS may go further someday and will be more like Multiplayer Surveyor (MPS) where the Surveyor/Driver realm is one and the same. In this product, drivers can be driving along while you are editing on the other end of the route at the same time. With MPS, multiple people are doing this as they work on a much bigger world.
