Mission Code Manager - Empty Driver list

Hello all!
Yesterday I tried to configure MCM (Mission Code Manager Rule) to test a small rule.
I can configure all variables except the driver list. The driver windows appears like the following picture:

I have tried selecting all the options in this window, but nothing changes in the window.
I have tested this MCM rule in Trainz22SP5 (built 128487) and Trainz+ (129139)

If you have platinum edition use the unified surveyor/driver to go into driver, then switch back to surveyor, This will fill the Missioncode train list with the drivers in your driver setup rule. I do this in Trainz 2019 for creating my sessions.
