It is listed in my TRS19 as built-in. It's name is 'multi-industry short'.
Unfortunately I can't find it on DLS neither and I don't know which version of Trainz I did get it from because I carry built-in content since TRS2004.
I suppose the only negative effect will be at the Zillertalbahn lime transport not loading/unloading.
I did try JR multy industry before instead, but it did give trouble to the driver command list in the session.

This one is showing as incompatible in TRS19.

It is Build version 5.3 so only compatible with Trainz 22/Plus SP2 or higher (bolivar hasn't it as built-in, so he might use TRS22).

<kuid2:323914:100539:4> is available at the DLS, but isn't listed by the ContentManager, if it isn't installed. It's probably on the list of the CRG (Content Repair Group). You can download it from the website of the DLS (using FTP), or with the ContentManager, using the following procedure:
- create a Custom FIlter Asset KUID = <kuid2:323914:100539:4>
- select the listed the asset (shown as unknown)
- use Download this Version

Thank you to all who helped. I have downloaded via FTP as suggested by p-dehnert.
The route is not showing any missing dependencies.
