Blurry Numbers on Locomotives and Railcars

So today I went out and bought a new monitor because I thought that was the issue with Trainz 22. But I am still getting blurry numbers on the new Jointedrail locomotives however when they are not moving everything looks good.

Has anyone had this issue and was able to fix this?

What FPS are you running at? What GPU do you have?
