Every time I try to post in the General area I get:

Page could not be loaded​

The requested page could not be loaded.

Why am I blocked?

Tried FireFox browser and it was ok. The problem is when using Edge.

Interesting. I have had the opposite experience (but not BLOCKED). There have been a few updates released for Firefox in the last few days, perhaps one of them was faulty? I certainly had a few problems with Firefox after the initial update so I switched to Edge and it had no problems. The latest Firefox update has, so far, not had the same problems.

Usually it's a combination of website designer and browser designer. The designer will optimise a website for their preferred browser and will usually do testing on other popular browsers. Something in one brand of browser changes and the website designer doesn't retest.

I have a couple of websites I visit regularly that I have to use a specific browser on.

AGREE - Microsoft is constantly changing Edge. The odds are that at some point N3V software will be hit. Microsoft is constantly seeking new revenue streams. They have almost no regard as to the impact of the changes.

I have a couple of websites I visit regularly that I have to use a specific browser on.

Most xxx.gov (in the US) sites will require Chrome, but I've run across a few that require Edge. It's crazy out there. I have to keep remembering which site will accept which browser.
