Best Items to Download?

Hello all- I've been lurking here for awhile now, usually trying to hunt down the best items to download to keep me preoccupied on TANE. However, I'm starting to run low on "new" items to utilize, such as routes, locomotives, rolling stock, etc. I've seen countless routes on the screenshots that are usually WIPs, however, does anyone have anything that they can't live without in TANE and are willing to share? DLS items would be the best, however, if a link is provided, that would be just as nice. I prefer North American items, however, I am willing to expand my horizons. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I have been searching the DLS for years now, plus jointedrail, so most of those products are currently in my possession already, but feel free to name away!

Most are "North American" Content unless specified. Hope it helps ya' !

You could always entertain your own mind by creating your own Route.... Just Saying ..mmm LOL

Try looking at some of the other countries such as UK broad gauge (http://www.ballynagarrick.net/ing4trainz/index.htm) or some of the Russian times are fun.
