bEffectsEnabled error

Hi again. I have recently downloaded SSP110SW Plasser from a third party site. It works nicely but it makes my game give the:
"bEffectsEnabled:false - bSoundEnabled:false" error in the message box consistently. What can be the reason for that error message. Thanks again for your helps.
PS: i am using ts09.
