Bairnsdale to Orbost Line C1970-80s

I just installed a new installation "TRS19 Platinum Edition" build 116313. I then downloaded the Bairnsdale to Orbost Line C1970-80s <kuid2:88211:100008:18> from the Content Store. And guess what, there are 63 <unknown asset> listings. When I download a packaged deal, I expect to get the whole package. Now what do I have to do to get these assets?

I have also installed the same package but I do not recall having any problems. The package contains 1787 items of which 1561 are labelled as "Packaged". I notice that one item is labelled as "Installed from DLS" but that was recently updated from a "Packaged" version.

It would be helpful if you could supply a few kuids of the missing assets.

ADDENDUM: I would suggest doing a DBR.

I did a DBR still 62 unknown assets. Here are a few:
<kuid:942118:216>
<kuid:942118:223>
<kuid:942118:228>
<kuid:661281:97902>
<kuid:942118:210>
<kuid2:942117:18:3>
<kuid:661281:97907>
<kuid:942118:241>
<kuid:661281:96736>
<kuid:942118:224>
<kuid:661281:96730>
<kuid:661281:96709>

Just looking at the first two in the list

<kuid:942118:216> SM Plankwood 05
<kuid:942118:223> SM Plywood 03

they are "Packaged" in my install of Bairnsdale to Orbost on Trainz Plus but do not have any prior versions on the DLS. They are listed as "Built-in" in my TRS22 where I did not install the Bairnsdale to Orbost package.

They installed without any problems in Trainz Plus when I installed the package.

I would raise a helpdesk ticket or a bug reports at https://n3vgames.typeform.com/to/xRdryu listing as many of the missing assets as you can.

Thanks for the info.

116313 is a TRS19 Beta edition and it looks like because it is version 5.0 it is using the official TRS22 release version of the content (which will include a bunch of new content, which is the stuff that is "unknown").

Orbost is TRS22 content that was made available early to Trainz Plus users. There are no missing assets in the official TRS19 SP4 release (which uses an earlier 4.9 version of the route).

We're working out how we can best avoid this situation, but in your case, simply use 114800 with the older version of the content.

I believe the missing content will be mostly scenery stuff so it should probably work if you load from Content Manager.
