Backing Up Content?

I finished building my new kick-a§§ computer so im just making sure i got this right. I before i uninstalled TS12 i went to the N3V program files and moved the file that said backup to my flash drive. I also saved my payware to a separate flash drive but im just wondering if the first method was correct.

No wrong I'm afraid.
Backup is only a backup of your days work and editing it does not contain all your content, you need to save your UserData\Original and UserData\Local folders and then import them using Content manager.

Blast! Well I sure am glad I backed up my pay ware. Lesson learned.
