Autorack cars not loading

I'm running Trainz 22. I'm testing out an auto-rack setup on a test baseboard and can not get the cars to load. I assigned the industry the name of "AUTORACK LOADER." I'm using "Multiple Industry New" for the loader track and "Auto Max Auto Carriers" (various road) for the autorack cars. I added suitable quantity for testing to the queue and set it to produce the following:

Pickup Truck Load product for my NEW Autorack railcars DES
SUV Load product for my NEW Autorack railcars DES
Sedan Load product for my NEW Autorack railcars DES

All three of these cars came already set up to load the products listed above. I've tried "Call At" + "Load" as well as "LOAD AT" commands. Both sets of commands cause the cars to stop to load and the process completes, but the cars do not load.

I'm a real novice at creating industries, and figure I'm probably doing something dumb, or missing a step in the process but can't figure out what it is. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Your question prompted me to go back and look at the process I took. Apparently, I had not configured the 'tracks' portion of the MIN correctly, and that was the problem. Thanks much!
