Automatic Brake Problem

I recently purchased the RRMods CP SD40M-2 set. For some reason, the minimum reduction on these units is about 20 pounds. That's waaayy too much. I can make reductions on all of my other units at 2 pound increments.
How can I fix this so that the minimum reduction is 5-6 pounds like in real life?

Go to the CCP open for edit in cc change con fig file to your preferenced
files copied from files to replace pre excisting files (should be the engine file)
