Australian screenshots

Hi Chris,

Same height but increased the ramp by shortening the flat, also trimmed the whole thing.

With the people in the pic it seems to look ok.

natvander is one of the few people who can get away with posting screenies with no railway in them :D.

Very cool stuff from everyone though, that servo looks especially great Willem2

Look closely...

(The Glen Innes house fire was taken from a level crossing. Cropping the image removed the crossing ;) )

Doh!

Well, great looking railside scenes then. How is that layout progressing, if I may ask? Last few screenies we saw, back when the HUB set cars were only on your PC, the stations were looking great!

Oh, thats interesting, I didn't know there was an extension! Which way are you extending it, north again, or south from Wadalbavale?

Awesome stuff, thats my favorite layout!

You wouldn't have known as I never announced it ;) I've bridged the river south of Wadalbavale and am heading south-west. I always intended for it to continue.

Ah, fair enough.

Having recently been down south of Kiama, the area always reminded me of that same area. That you bridged the river, always intending to continue reminds me of the governments plan to bridge the river and continue... Fortunately, you're not limited by petty bureaucracy :P.

I do look forward to seeing some more screenshots of the revised Wadalbavale area. If I may ask, have you moved into the present day with the bridging (ie, the original stays set in the candy era, with the "new" layout being more in the present day), or is it still set in the Candy era?

I'm working on some of the stations in the original, adding your semaphores to the route, as the light signals seem a little unusual on a branch served by two 400 class railcars. The 620's, I imagine would be a different kettle of fish, of course.

Cheers for the info :D

A recently over-hauled( is that better now TOM!!!!:p standed goods is seen in the middle of "whoop whoop" on a empty stock special.

WOW! those screenies are life like 3830! That's near the flyover at Comsteel, Mayfield West. That is honestly amazing.

ah, the wonders of trainz.....all you need is a computer with a really good graphics card, a big whop of RAM, and to put the detail settings on the game itself to extreme, and some high quality content, then your good to go.
