8196??? Hell, why not I suppose. It's your own railway.

Good to see that somebody was inspired by my late night photoshoot yesterday. ;)

When I get the textures right for the MGFH I'll send them to you Rai. All you'll have to do is clone the original hopper in CMP and add new textures, then Commit.

Just a warning JAMEZ001

You might want to ask Davido before you post any more pics let alone send the file out....:p We don't need any copyright issues in TRS as well as MSTS....

If your wondering what the issue was basically, someone released a route made by someone else along with some reskinned trains/carriages but not public release just BETA release and certain members then decided to stop it happening to them they would remove their content.

Ok, thanks for the heads up. :)

I wasn't planning on releasing it at all, just sharing the skin with Raichase because of his interest in them.

Never the less, I will ask.

Thanks again.

Something I noticed when I was in Nowra a few years back was that at the Manildra Mill there were a group of AN hoppers along with the MGFH's. Does anyone know what they were, and if anyone has created them for Trainz? They seemed fairly common on the flour trains when ARG was taking over the run. Something also prototypical about that run is that quite often there would be a mix of loaded hoppers and empty container wagons (empty containers on them) heading to the coast, and visa-versa on the way back.

Heh, love the screenies. I like Ghostyders one best I think :).

As to the 81, I realise it's incorrect, I just plopped it down and sent it running, mostly as something else to include on the layout while I was testing the ARG GM and the 830. Both exceptional models, I might add, thanks for the heads up.

Still, I wouldn't mind doing something similar to the Main South, a non-electrified line that takes Endevour services.

I think he was referring to the fact only 84 81's were made:p

Yes, I figured. I couldn't think of anything else wrong with the shot...

I have an 81 in my avatar, they are the greatest of modern diesels. I just couldn't be arsed fixing the number :P

Releasing anyone elses content in any way shape or form (re-texturing etc) is a big no-no and actually breaches copyright law. ALWAYS read the asset's license, ask the creator for permission (sending exact details of your intentions - and sending the asset helps), and abide with the creator's wishes, even if he says no.

A great way to get off-side with the community is to release someone elses content.

A 3 car Explorer set led by Ex-Endeavour car 2805 heads into Briffin Loop

briffinloopxplorerhb9.jpg

Due to lightly ballasted tracks just before the mine a small army of 48's has been assigned to hauling the long coal trains until the track is once again suitable for 81's

Another Explorer set approaches the Northern end of Briffin Loop after passing one of its sisters at Waroona, Shortly another coalie will arrive.
[Due to restricted loop lengths only one coalie is allowed past Cowarie at a time]

I do like the ex-Endevour car. I've photted it out and about a couple of times on the Canberra Xplorer, looks funny.

Nice touch on the map though :D.

Well I LOVE the look of the Endeavour cars and wanted an excuse to run one on the route:p

I have previously done reskins for the new Countrylink and Cityrail liveries for the Endeavours and Xplorer cars but I lost them when my computer crashed....I'll get around to making them again oneday:D

I also had something like 20 versions of Marl's C38 along with reskins of certain other assets...Shame I lost it all:(

now they are nice, one thing that sticks out after having traveled in these carriages for many years. The steps below the platform are timber, about an inch thick, 8 inches deep and had timber backing behind the steps to give a wooden box like appearance, but these are really great.

ps the poo pipe should line up under the white WC windows and maybe the roof vents could be a tad smaller:)

great work mate
