Australian screenshots

you cant import it into cmp.
you have to use it in google earth to save the section you want, them you need transdem to downloas the contours onto your pc,
then you put it into the game

No. DEMs do all the topography for you to exactly that of the area you are modelling. It will also put down simple, single colour textures which is the guideline for where track, roads and rivers are supposed to go, so you can just lay it over the texture. very helpful :)

Depending what version used will depend on how its marked out, pending on data used to recreate the location some height adjustments maybe required to make the location more accurate.

getting back into it. League is still a teensy game with backs bumping shoulders :p

Humms along the Telegragh wire.

G'day everyone.

Just poping in to say that tonight I will be sending out emails for betas and showing off what 2013 will offer for QHR Trainz.

Now to send some replys.

@dieselpratt, nice choice of branchline; the gates that I did for trainz were modeled after the very ones in the banner. I am also doing once I upload some stuff, re starting on my QR turntables and open level crossings. The line is C16\C17 standard.

P.S I may have gotta a mesh for a QR 1720 in original condition.

Cya Down The Line.

very handy indeed. I will defenatly use it in the QR Beaudesert Branch Line, map 2 which is from Jimboomba - Beaudesert including Veresdale and Cedargrove sidings. Also, can anyone tell me if the Goondiwindi branch is C17 or PB15 standard. I am going to start the construction of the line after I finish the QR Beaudesert Branch Line, Map 1. I wanna start a new branch and have a break from the Beaudesert line But, I am pritty sure it is C17 standard.

If i may recall, during the construction of Kent's Brisbane Valley line someone picked up on the fact that one of the stations (if i remember correctly it was Yarraman) was out of position on the route ( i am not putting to Kent to shame here, i'm just using him as an example).
Cheers fellas,
Pat

Can't recall anyone saying that a station was in the incorrect location. Can't imagine it was Yarraman as I've only released as far as Toogoolawah on the BVL. The only thing I've been shot down for was having a walkover bridge at Wulkuraka when there has never been one there. haha :hehe: Do you remember who said which station was in the wrong spot, cause I'm keen to correct the mistake.

Well Kent,

Not to be peky but I remember there being something about a station about 5 metres away on your route. I don't have the route because it won't work on my TS12 but I remember it was in your thread
