Australian screenshots

Outstanding shots there Forest Runner.

Here's a preview of the Spirit as it leads a freight through Worrybrook.
Quite a challenging livery for the old eyes in photoshop ....... not as difficult as the indigenous liveries though ....but the eyes were fresher then

Cheers
Davido

Davido your such a tease

Davido
The PN stars and now the Southern Spirit liveries look good. Happy i was able to help with images of the Spirit locos. I look forward to seeing the end model.

You're right, the bikini is a bit much. But, I say, if you've got it, flaunt it!

Oh wait, you mean with the screenshots. My mistake.

LOL! Thanks for the laugh, Raichase. I needed it!

Davido, great work. Can't wait for a release, but unfortunately, I'll have to, along with everybody else.:'(

 Hi all some great screenshot's :D

Hello one from me and a little different than normal ....

520 and 522 pull a train only consisting of M vans and a guard van
still only useing built in content and going get some for my new TC1&2
enjoy

Looking great Ryan!

Please do not quote images, mate. It's a waste of bandwith and makes it a bit harder for those trainzers with a slow connection.:)

Great work everyone, keep it up. I might post a few pics later once I get my standards up a bit.:hehe:

Thanks,
Mitch

I'm using Imageshack, but I should probably use something else.

Shots. Hopefully up to at least a quarter the standard of others.:hehe:

EMD 567s working hard with B74, T378 and S303 leading an El Zorro grain up a 2% grade on my 'Gwydong Branch' layout. It's not really based on anything, but built from Matt's 'NSW Nilligotim' module.

The same consist grinds across a bridge a little further up the line. Just a question, is there a different B Class or S Class loco anywhere? These are a bit outdated.

Later, C501 and G533 lead an El Zorro grain on it's way downgrade on the branch, edging 70kmh around the slight bend.

mitch456yui201104050003.jpg

I really need to improve my shots! A bush obscures the view of C501 and G533 on their way past the last bit of the completed layout. I haven't finished the yard (which is in the opposite direction) nor the first stop on the branch (where this train is headed).

While on the subject of El Zorro grain trains, why are the hoppers used by El Zorro Chinese? No mean to be an a***hole here, but it's sad that the world has pretty much turned to China for everything. It's cheaper, yes. But what's that doing to our local industry?:o
EDIT: No racist is intended here, just making a point.
Thanks,
Mitch

At least a third Mitch, I'm about an 8th, :hehe:

I do suggest you rotate your trees, which is an option that you can tick in 'surveyor settings' in options as it looks so much more realistic
There are S's updated, search VR, B's are still at the UTC standard

Hey, long time, no see!

Love what you've done to it Mitch. Looking great!

I haven't loaded that route myself for a good while, but you may just have given me a spark, mate!

I'd love to see more!

Matt.

Mitch those pictures are fantastic. The foliage you've used makes the shots! Nice work.
And Matt, long time no see for you!

Daniel

Mitch, as to why the hoppers were made in China, you'd have to ask AWB. El Zorro have nothing to do with them, they just drag 'em about! They are not the first hoppers, the ATN XGAY and ex-AWB NGXH hoppers are also Chinese built, along with recent coal and container wagons.

One possible (and probably correct) theory, is China can manufacture items due to sheer workforce numbers, cheaper and faster than we could, for example, here, so its little surprise companies looking for items to be manufactured, would definitely look for the cheaper alternative, with quicker turnaround, than local manufacturing services (which is a shame, but the bottom line governs a lot of decisions it seems).

Stevy, that's the old, old G511 of FA, made in like, '02

Daniel, in your 4th shot, what are the houses in the background?? And the textures in the 3rd

Excellent Pics BTW, you're the modern FR, except you've got a line, and not a module:hehe: , but detail-wise, you draw,

Jamie
