Just one from me:

8158 works east with an empty cement train. A couple of container wagons are on the rear of the train as well (I can't remember why I put them there, only realised it when I put the screenshot on photobucket).

Additional possible reason to the bagged cement response;
[a] some grains are shipped in bulk containers for export and domestic customers without rail sidings so in the same manner your containers could be bulk cement to an intermodal customer.
Grafton NSW sents sugar south in bulk hoppers attached to the bulk cement train so your containers could be a similar style of attaching traffic to a passing train.

Your train length also resembles the Grafton cement train which uses 81 class units sometimes with a 48 class often included. Ghosty often reports it on various forums. Northbound is train number 4621 on a Saturday.

Nothing wrong with mixed freights, i have seen WB3 with Steel General Freight and Sugar. Steel General Freight and Cement. Steel General Freight and Ballast hoppers. I have seen loaded Butter boxes on MB2 and empty butter boxes and other steel wagons on BM2 so anythings possible.

Great shots all!

@Axe, love that sky! Looks beautiful; can i ask how you acheived that effect?

Might have a few shots of my own later in the week, no promises though!:o

Matt.

And now we turn the clock back to 1971, where 42101 and 42108 have been rostered to work a diverted No.4 South Up "Spirit" via Wattle Creek due to a derailment on the Main South.

4445 and 4520 lead a lengthy goods into the refuge at Wattle Creek while they wait for No.4 South to arrive.

An off duty guard riding passenger in a spare GHG thrown into the middle of the train for balancing purposes, was astute enough to record 42101 leading 42108 on the Spirit running wrong line, having just switched over to the Down Main due to a possession at the Junction for Wadalbavale.

Cheers,
Evan.

Sorry to quote a pic, but are those Eucalyptus trees built-into TRS2009 or if not, where can I find them?

Thankyou, :)
Best way to get those trees is to down load axe1970's Route
Georgetown to TarrenRocks (gess am I in trouble if I spelt it wrong) but IIRC they are 2009 content
