Hey all

Two "S" class locos are seen moments after departure from the Maryvale paper plant at dawn.

Apart from the K set driver trailers not working as locos, all his assets are fine in TANE for me try opening and re committing the ones that are playing up he did update update some of his sets to not use DavidO's paywear assets did you get these newer versions

I had a look at all memeboy's downloads on his website to see if there were any 'updates' for all his 'sets' but only saw the link to Davido's site for a few dependencies still there. Does he have "newer updates" that could replace the unknown assets?
When I first downloaded all the 'sets' it was in TS12 and they all work and still work perfectly. It was since uploading into T:ANE that the 'Unknown' dependencies sprung up and turned 'Red'.

I did 'Edit' the NSW 'C' Set Trailer <kuid:379443:100977> and saw it was Build 3.1 then I committed it without making any changes and still it displays "Modified, Missing Dependencies" which happens to be <kuid:60723:900008>

Maybe I could re-download everything from his site again and only import them into T:ANE and see what happens?
OR
If memeboy does have a later update, I would appreciate getting the link.
Cheers,
Roy3b3

I think there the same download links the icons on the web page they just give you the newer version of the items.

Nice work David looking good mate. Any Aussie out there happen to know the average height for station platforms in NSW ?.
Cheers Mick.

The rail-to-platform height on NSW rail tracks is around 1-metre, courtesy railpage not stated if that is from rail bed or rail top, I would go for rail top

Thanks NSWGR_46Class, You were correct! - All memeboy's download links had been updated mid-December 2015. To eliminate any faulty or missing dependencies, I first deleted all NSW and Tangara 'Sets' from T:ANE and installed the newer files. The result was NO Faults or Missing Dependencies. I can now enjoy the benefits of his work.

Whilst I was completing this particular install, I noticed that your <kuid2:73150:100138:9> NSW Cityrail Waratah Driver Power Car (A - set) which I had also installed, shows "Installed from DLS, Missing Dependencies" - It appears that one dependency "5WES Sound <kuid:2:190624:53442:1> by adrian19 shows up as "Unknown Location". I've had a look for an update in the usual places with no luck. Do you happen to know if there has been an update or a replacement for this asset too?

Cheers,
Roy3b3

Loaded PN Grain from Muji with 2 x 48's/XR/2 x 48's working a mixed consist towards Bomolo

A Change in weather sees a torrential downpour as well as low visiblity, the drivers had to reduce speed so they could see the upcoming signals

Cheers
David

It was on the DLS but its gone and I have no idea why - best to change it to my City rail Sound -Sorry I must have missed that one as I tried to fix it in all my assets once it went missing - nobody seems to know where to get it from now will fix it soon - memeboy will have his As set out soon as well

Edit problem fixed and update sent to the DLS will be on the the DLS in about a week going its current issues with post uploads taking about 7 Days top pop up.

The issue, if you want to do a local fix is the 5wes sound is still in the kuid table but not required by the assert and can be just removed.

Thanks NSWGR_46Class, I did just that - I deleted '5WES Sound' ,... committed,... and it works fine and running sweet.
Finally, it's now nice to have a program without any errors showing-up at present, but who knows in a week's time...?

Thanks Pete i was able to download a PDF for Victorian Platform Standard's and down here the height is 1080mm from the top of the rail like you said but I'll go with the 1m.
Cheers Mick.

Doing up some new platforms Mick? I've been wondering if someone was thinking about doing some different NSW styles to Deadly's ones, which tend to be more recent.
We tend to be missing the older brick style, concrete or wood on stilts and few others. :)

Yeah i wouldn't mind trying my hand at a few Taggy finding the appropriate pictures though is the hard part mate to use as textures ie. the tactile striping stuff and asphalt or concrete platform pictures.
Cheers Mick.

Hi Mick
If it's of any help, there's also quite a few VR infrastructure drawings here (including a couple of different platform styles): http://www.victorianrailways.net/infastuct/infastructhome.html

Had a bit of a play last night, first time I've run non steam in quite a while :)

TANE%202016-01-22%2023-54-13-63.jpg

T377 and T336 work their way out of Healesville with an unusually large up goods, mostly loaded with timber.

TANE%202016-01-22%2023-56-53-93.jpg

The two T's growl their way up the grade to the Donovans Road bridge.

TANE%202016-01-23%2000-05-08-13.jpg

After passing the remains of Tarrawarra station, now only a railmotor stop, the two Ts coast into the curve before working the grades toward Yarra Glen.

TANE%202016-01-23%2000-14-49-80.jpg

At Yarra Glen, the locos have cut off and are backing into the goods shed road to pickup a few loaded wagons.

TANE%202016-01-23%2000-23-51-63.jpg

Having negotiated the Yarra Flats, the two Ts roll across the humped bridge at Yering, before powering onwards to Lilydale and Melbourne.
