Advertised for sale in the August Newsletter were DVD's of some of older Trains programs. I decided to buy Classics 1 & 2 and duly gave Auran my debit card details as payment receiving an acknowledgement on 26th of August. My bank account was also debited for the Australian dollar ammount of the purchase also on the 26th. That was 6 weeks ago. To date I still have not recieved the program DVD or heard from Auran.
I have sent two tickets during the intervening time to find out what is or has happened and, other than the standard automatically generated reply, havent heard a peep out of them.
They have not had the courtesy to reply to either of the tickets, the first being approx 3 weeks ago, the second one 10 days ago, or to advise me where my DVD is. I was also going to buy the blue Comet but imagine what would happen if there was a problem with the download. They seem to be conspicious by their absence.
Is this the way they usually treat customers? Does anyone have a phone number where I can contact someone in charge senior enough to give me a response?
