Auran sites

Having recently purchased 2010 [and SP2] I've tried repeatedly to access the various Auran download sites and content pages but all to no avail.
While I have no difficulty accessing the forum and typing a post [like this one for example] useing the same user name and PW will not enable me to access any of the download or content sites They keep asking me to register and when I try to, I get the a message telling me that there is already a person registered with that name and PW or that 'an error has occurred etc.
Can anyone help or got any ideas? Cheers

Hi Ron, yes, one and the same. I made those posts when I first purchased the software. It's winter here in New Zealand at present so thats been a bit of motivation to renew attempts to get a bit more out of the game however not being able to access those sites is frustrating. iChat will not work for me either.

go to you profile page,.... and fill all teh info out...

Thanks Peter. Tried that but made no difference.
However I now have a reply from help desk so hopefully we will soon get it sorted. Cheers
