Hi Bob - When our focus is generally on the "muscle end" of any train, we should of course remember that without rolling stock there would be no train! In that context, my sincere thanks for all your work with particular emphasis on GWR rolling stock. It has been very interesting recently since I found your Kynock wagon and also your Jones of Malvern wagons because my family background is Birmingham and I had a grandfather who worked for Kynock (I have his long time service clock!). I also had an aunt who married into a Jones family in Fladbury, Worcs. Regardless of the millions of Jones' around, watching those (and the Kynock wagons) running around adds a whole new dimension to watching trains!

Thx again. Regards. Colin

Thanks for your kind words Colin. I am glad the rolling stock has been useful to you. No doubt thee will be more to come in the future ! Thanks must also go to John Whelan and Paul Hobbs for allowing me to reskin their rolling stock and to Chris (nawlins) for his assistance in a variety of roles.

Agreed. There is so much work by so many people to create excellent freeware and it is unfortunate that some individuals are overlooked. John and Paul are particularly prevalent in my inventory of rolling stock so thanks guys. Colin.

I've seen at first hand the work and dedication that John, Bob and Chris put into developing their wagons (I made a small contribution to a recent effort, but ended up flagging next to their unbounded energy). So my thanks to them too!

Paul

It goes further than just Bob, Chris and myself, for example Stovepipe refined the engine specs, Kessica came up with the latest TS12 scripts and numerous people as well as Paul have helped out as well for individual projects. On the research side HMRS email group have been very helpful especially as most of them hold strong views about computers.

Cheerio John
