ATSF Observation Car

Does anyone know where to find an ATSF observation (not dome) car that would be right for the back end of the Super Chief that's built into Trainz06?

It is on DLS...but you can't have it...as the DLS iz busted

It WOULD be nice if the super chief had Indoor cab camera and motion for passengers and doors.

I just downloaded it now via the FTP link and it worked for me just now.

Nine months after my first post about wanting to find an ATSF observation car for the Super Chief (whyfly was my user name in TRS2006), I finally looked in Content Manager, and found one. It has a dome, but it has the curved closed end you'd expect in an observation car.

After downloading, CM showed the red exclamation mark than means faulty, but I attached the car to the back of my Super Chief, and it rolls along just fine.

I've been trying to get the ATSF observation car to run in my TRS2006, But I wasn't having any luck.

Does it really work in TRS2006?

Wouldn't be possible to reskin one of Magiclands streamlined observation cars to make it a santa fe streamlined observation car?

This is the Dome car...I believe he wanted the one without the dome, (if that exists).

Personally, I have been using the dome car, and it may be possible to add to the config file, an interior, so you can ride along like a passenger enjoying the view ?

This is an old thread, but has anyone figured out how to make it show up in 09? I have it up and running in 06, but when I move it to TRAINZ 09 it shows up as faulty(shadow mesh missing) and of course does not show up in Railyard.

Any and all assistance will be appreciated.

There is finally a realistic observation car, but the problem is that it is only in Trainz 2010

Landrvr1's CB&Q California Zephyr series has a readme file that has the real consist list. In it, the rear car is 375 (kuid:45651:30), a domed observation lounge car.
