ATLS Intersection issue

So I installed a 3 way intersection and just tried setting to stop signs only but it will not save when just the stop signs are selected, the traffic lights appear without being check and I find this slightly maddening. Anybody have any work around or could recommend a replacement 3 way intersection that fits ?

All scripted items save in the session, not the route. You must load the session and edit your route that way. Or, wait until you've completed your map, then go about setting up any scripted objects.

All ATLS assets can be saved to the route. Copy the code exactly as it is shown in the top left into the name object window.
