Assistance Needed RE: Missing KUIDS

Good evening everyone, i am in need of some assistance.

I have just downloaded the route SP4 Tamworth by ando54 and am having trouble finding the following dependencies:

<kuid2:50567:11666:1>
<kuid:92206:25003>
<kuid:92206:25002>.

A quick search of the forums and google turned up nothing, except a site in a language i could not read. Could someone please point me in the right direction, or tell me whether it is safe to delete these kuid's from the config file?
