Asset Not Downloading

I am trying to download the Jointed Rail MRL SD45 High Nose, and I need to download the "dash2 cab high hood shf" from the download station. So I try downloading it, it seems to download, until it says unknown asset. Is there something I'm missing or am I doing something wrong? I would love to know. Thank you.

Oh boy. The DLS is acting up again. I'm trying to download a tank car for use in the "A Day at Oceanside" session for Amtrak Pacific Surfliner, but I'm getting a message saying the server is full. This happens sometimes, but it gets really infuriating.
